James Bond is an icon of western culture, and he has been the perfect secret agent for a long time. Writer Ian Fleming created James Bond in 1953, and his character has been a successful agent in all his missions since then. The novels and films that he has starred have accompanied our leisure time, and we have always had a great time with him. Now James Bond is going to check your skill in English verb tenses with some tests and stories. Verbs are actions, and James Bond is an expert in bold and difficult actions, as he shows us when he tries to catch spies and criminals all over the world.

Imagínate que tienes que escribir una carta a un penfriend, es decir, a una amiga o amigo extranjero, y le quieres contar tu vida y lo que haces habitualmente los días de diario o los fines de semana. Con este ejercicio puedes practicar escribiendo y grabando con voz lo que vas a decirle. También vas a repasar el tiempo verbal Present Simple y los adverbios y expresiones de frecuencia. Si haces bien esta actividad, ya podrás empezar a tener muchos amigos en el mundo, y les podrás contar tu vida.

Actividad de inglés en tres fases

Aquí presento un ejercicio de inglés en tres fases, basado en grabaciones de audio o podcasts. Vas a oír a una persona contar de forma breve lo que hace un día normal. Después se presentan unas actividades de comprensión del texto. Por último, podrás escribir un texto sobre lo que tú haces habitualmente. Aparecen aquí dos tipos de reproductores de sonido. Con el más grande puedes detener, retrasar y adelantar la grabación principal a tu gusto, y puedes además subir y bajar el volumen. Una ventaja es que se puede detener la grabación principal y a continuación oír las otras grabaciones, para después retomar la grabación principal. Esto facilita la realización del ejercicio.
